The Opportunity
This exciting full-time position will see you working across Administration, Project Management, Bookkeeping, and Property Management. Initially focused on supporting our Administration team, the role has clear pathways for career growth and increased responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Administration support across projects and operations

Bookkeeping and financial tasks using MYOB

Assist with, Construction coordination, including workforce and logistics management

Property management and maintenance coordination

Preparing and managing documentation using Excel, Word, and OneNote

Skills and Experience

 To be successful in this role, you will have:

 High-level skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OneNote

 Solid experience with MYOB accounting software

 Construction project and workforce coordination experience

 Strong organisational skills and ability to manage logistics

 Experience in property management highly regarded

 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
