We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex parking and digital services projects across Australasia.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • 🔧 End-to-End Project Delivery Manage projects from design and planning through installation, commissioning, and handover — ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • 📐 Design & Planning Excellence Collaborate with customers and technical experts to validate designs, manage pre-requisites, and ensure all project documentation and approvals are in place.
  • 📊 Programme, Risk & Cost Control Own project schedules, critical paths, risk registers, budgets, forecasts, and variation management — keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way.
  • 🤝 Stakeholder Leadership Act as the central point of contact for customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, driving alignment, accountability, and clear communication.
  • 💰 Financial & Commercial Management Manage cost control, invoicing milestones, revenue recognition, variations, and final accounts in partnership with Finance and Commercial teams.
  • Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure full compliance with safety standards, governance, and document requirements, delivering defect-free projects and seamless handovers to service teams.
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

3–5 years’ experience delivering infrastructure, parking, transport, or technology-based projects.

Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, risk, and cost control.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.

Exposure to parking systems, access control, IoT, or digital platforms is highly regarded.

A proactive, resilient mindset with strong leadership presence and attention to detail.
