Now, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our accomplished Education Construction team - someone who thrives in high-performance environments and is passionate about delivering world-class learning facilities.

You’ll kick off your Wiley journey leading the delivery of a $40 million school project, a high-profile build that will shape the learning environment for generations to come.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on complex, high-specification Education projects from initial planning to final commissioning. You'll ensure every aspect is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with senior leadership, design and engineering teams, site crews, and clients, you’ll lead from the front solving problems, managing risk, and making things happen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a $40 million school project

  • Manage project safety, quality, program, and budget performance

  • Coordinate site activities and lead construction teams to achieve milestones

  • Develop project programs, forecast resources, and manage subcontractors

  • Oversee design coordination to ensure constructability and compliance

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Champion adherence to Wiley’s management systems and industry best practices

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of project management experience in Education or other complex commercial construction projects

  • A tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, project management, or a related field

  • Proven leadership in high-performing teams and high-risk environments

  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in contract negotiation

  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • A passion for delivering outstanding results and inspiring those around you
