Workforce Extensions are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join a well-established South Australian construction business on a permanent basis.

About the Role

$90K + Super (depending on experience)
Permanent, full-time position
Projects based across South Australia
Opportunity to work closely with experienced Project Managers and site teams

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project Managers and site teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and resources across multiple projects
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
Monitor project performance and support issue resolution on site
Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records
Assist with procurement, including sourcing materials and liaising with suppliers
Support WHS compliance, site inspections, and reporting requirements
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (preferred)
White Card (essential)

Experience

1-3+ years' experience in a Project Coordinator or site-based role
Exposure to civil, commercial, or infrastructure projects
Understanding of construction processes and methodologies
Experience working with project documentation and reporting
Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
