We are working with a well-established sub contractor delivering major commercial projects across Melbourne. Due to continued growth, they are seeking multiple experienced Project Coordinators to join their team on a contract basis, supporting projects across the northern and western suburbs.

This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and has a strong focus on quality, compliance, and project delivery.
The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities and ensuring works are delivered to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating day-to-day project activities across multiple sites
Supporting site teams with programming, documentation, and reporting
Monitoring quality assurance (QA) processes and ensuring compliance with project specifications
Conducting site inspections and assisting with ITPs, checklists, and defect management
Liaising with site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Assisting with procurement and tracking materials
Maintaining accurate project records and documentation

About You

Previous local experience in a Project Coordinator / Site Engineer / Contracts Administrator role within construction
Strong understanding of quality systems, QA processes, and compliance
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
Relevant construction qualification (preferred but not essential)
