Project Architect 

Design & Build is partnering with an internationally established architecture and design practice located just south of Brisbane's CBD - looking for an experienced Project Architect to lead in the delivery of high-profile multi-residential and commercial developments. 

This role is suited to a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment and enjoys leading complex projects from concept through to completion. You will bring strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to manage project teams, consultants, and client relationships.

The Role
As Project Leader, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of major projects, providing leadership across all phases of design and documentation. Working closely with senior leadership, you will take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring quality, programme, and client expectations are consistently achieved.

About You

• Minimum 7 years' experience in architecture, project leadership, or a related project management role.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex multi-residential and commercial projects.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM-based project delivery.
• Comprehensive understanding of local building regulations, construction methodologies, and contract administration.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of design and documentation quality.
