Project Coordinator

Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and innovative business in a newly created role that will help drive the future growth and success of the InteRisk Group.

You will work across a diverse range of business, technology, operational, and client-focused initiatives, helping turn ideas into reality and ensuring projects are delivered successfully from planning through to execution. Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from initiation through to completion.

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, milestones and action registers.

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.

• Monitor project progress, deliverables and deadlines.

• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder communications.

• Prepare project reports, presentations, updates and documentation.

• Support the implementation of new business initiatives, systems and technologies.

• Identify project risks, issues and opportunities and escalate where required.

• Support business improvement initiatives across the InteRisk Group.

• Assist management in delivering strategic projects that support business growth and client outcomes.

• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office suite of products or similar.

• Experience using project management systems or software would be advantageous.

Location - Based in Kingsgrove.

Work Type - Full time position.

Travel - There may be some interstate travel required for this role.
