You will work across a diverse range of business, technology, operational, and client-focused initiatives, helping turn ideas into reality and ensuring projects are delivered successfully from planning through to execution. Responsibilities
Coordinate projects from initiation through to completion.
Assist in developing project plans, schedules, milestones and action registers.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Monitor project progress, deliverables and deadlines.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder communications.
Prepare project reports, presentations, updates and documentation.
Support the implementation of new business initiatives, systems and technologies.
Identify project risks, issues and opportunities and escalate where required.
Support business improvement initiatives across the InteRisk Group.
Assist management in delivering strategic projects that support business growth and client outcomes.
Capabilities
Project coordination, administration and organisational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
Problem-solving and time management skills.
Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office suite of products or similar.
Experience using project management systems or software would be advantageous.

Travel - There may be some interstate travel required for this role.
