About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong Salesforce delivery experience to lead enterprise discovery and initial rollout of a large-scale case management program.

You will take ownership of a Salesforce-based transformation, aligning multiple business domains and setting the foundation for a scalable, enterprise-wide case management capability.

What You’ll Deliver

Enterprise-wide Salesforce case management baseline across multiple business streams
End-to-end delivery of initial program tranche on Salesforce
Clear governance, delivery standards and scalable framework
Alignment across business, technology and vendor partners
Transition from discovery into scaled Salesforce delivery

What You Bring (Essential)

Strong track record delivering Salesforce or CRM transformation programs
Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives
Ability to operate across business and technology stakeholders
Strong governance, risk and delivery management capability
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

Highly Desirable

Salesforce Service Cloud experience
Case management or regulatory systems delivery
Experience in government or regulated environments
Experience leading enterprise discovery or operating model alignment
