Second Storey Additions & Renovations | Northern Beaches / North Shore
We are a growing design-and-construct residential building company specialising in high-quality second storey additions and major renovations. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to grow with a vibrant, expanding company and move into a broader leadership role over time.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing residential building projects from site commencement through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing construction programs and coordinating trades and suppliers
Liaising closely with clients, trades, consultants, and internal team members
Overseeing site quality, safety, and compliance
Managing variations, progress claims, and documentation
Running site meetings, pre-handover and handover meetings
Problem-solving and maintaining momentum on site
The successful applicant will be:
Hardworking, reliable, and highly organised
An excellent communicator with strong client-facing skills
Confident managing multiple trades and stakeholders
Proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented
Ideally, you will have:
Experience in residential construction, preferably second storey additions or major renovations
A solid understanding of construction sequencing and site management
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a close-knit team
A builder or trade background (highly regarded but not essential)
