Mid-Level Client-Side Project Manager (Construction)

I've partnered with a growing Sydney consultancy that is looking for a Project Manager to join their high performing team.

They're well established and have quietly built a reputation for delivering projects well into the hundreds of millions and compete with the big names in Sydney.

They have a strong social infrastructure pipeline including:

• Schools and early learning centres
• Universities
• Hospitals, mental health units and medical facilities
• Social housing, aged care and retirement living

The people are the core of the business. Culture has been consistent: people stay, people grow, and there's no dead weight tolerated on either side of that relationship.

As PM, you'll sit between two experienced Senior Project Managers and a Director who is hands-on and across the work.

You won't be lost in a layer of management. You'll run your own projects, manage client relationships directly, and have a say in how work gets delivered.

Growth isn't just available - seniors actively tailor development plans to get you to the next level and beyond.

To be considered:

• 5+ years of experience in the Australian market
• A minimum of 3 of those years working for a project management consultancy
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture or Engineering
• Built environment experience only - IT and civil infrastructure won't be a fit here
• End to end project lifecycle experience
• Strong communicator who is client facing
• Ideally some project exposure to social infrastructure

Flexible working on offer - one day WFH as standard.
