Coded Contracting Pty Ltd is a South Australian family owned fabrication and welding business specialising in process piping and mechanical fabrication for the mining, energy and water sectors. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Pooraka.

This role is ideal for a hands-on Project Manager with strong technical knowledge of process piping, fabrication and industrial construction, who can confidently manage projects from planning through to delivery.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of process piping and fabrication projects

• Develop and control project schedules, budgets and resources

• Coordinate fabrication workshop and site-based activities

• Lead and manage project teams including welders, boilermakers, supervisors and QA

• Monitor progress, identify risks and resolve issues efficiently

• Ensure all works meet safety, quality and environmental requirements

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers

• Prepare progress reports, cost tracking and project documentation

• Manage variations and support tendering and planning as required

• 8+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in process piping, pipe fabrication or mechanical projects

• Strong technical knowledge of process piping systems and fabrication methods

• Experience delivering projects in mining, energy and/or water sectors

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving abilities

• High commitment to safety and quality

• Engineering or Construction Management qualification (highly regarded)
