Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple fit out and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end project delivery and client management
  • Budget control, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Procurement and subcontractor management
  • Contract administration and risk management
  • Programme development and project scheduling
  • Managing project teams, site managers, and subcontractors
  • Stakeholder coordination across clients, consultants, and authorities
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements
  • Managing variations, progress claims, and project reporting
About You:
  • Proven experience delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Senior Contract Administrator, or Contract Administrator looking to step into project management
  • Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, procurement, and contract administration
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working within healthcare, commercial, or defence environments will be highly regarded
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
Essential Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory due to the nature of projects
  • Ability to obtain and maintain relevant security clearances where required
