We specialise in the provision of high-quality heavy fabrication, mining construction and surface treatment services including structural steel, platework, pipework and rotable maintenance services on mechanical equipment and associated steelwork. Our clients include major companies in the industrial, mining, resources and construction sectors.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support our Senior Project Manager in the planning, coordination and delivery of fabrication and mining construction projects.
This role is based in West Perth and Henderson, WA, with an immediate start available.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day coordination of workshop and site-based projects, ensuring activities are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with project planning, scheduling and progress tracking
Support project cost control, reporting and forecasting activities
Coordinate procurement activities and supplier follow-up
Assist with preparation and management of project documentation
Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
Monitor project deliverables and support project completion activities
Attend project meetings and prepare minutes and action registers
Support workshop and site teams with project administration requirements
Maintain accurate project records and reporting systems
About You
1–3 years' experience in a project coordination, project administration or junior project management role
Exposure to mining, construction, engineering or steel fabrication environments desirable
Ability to read and interpret engineering or structural drawings is advantageous
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software is desirable
Current Australian working rights
Diploma in project management or related field is required
