The Role – Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of quality residential apartment developments at our sites in Hamilton, Brisbane. The role will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage the delivery of residential apartment construction projects, ensuring programme, budget, quality, and safety targets are achieved.

• Coordinate and manage consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor and control project financial performance, including forecasting, cost management, procurement, and variations.

• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with contractual, quality, and WHS requirements.

About You

We're looking for ambitious, detail oriented Project Manager candidates focused on joining a team for long term growth and development. You will bring:

• A degree within Construction management or of a similar discipline

• 4-8+ years experience within a similar role in the Construction Industry

• Experience in the Construction of Residential Mid-rise and/or projects with a value of $50 million or greater

• Prior experience with Procore or Aconex
