Our client is a well-established civil contractor developing a reputation for efficient and professional delivery of quality civil construction works for commercial developments and infrastructure projects throughout Sydney.

With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Project Manager or Project Engineer, to lead multiple civil projects from planning through to delivery.

You'll be responsible for:

Project outcomes across a diverse portfolio of civil projects for commercial developments and infrastructure.

Developing and driving programme, budget, and safety,

Client relationships,

Essential skills, qualifications, and attributes required includes:

Civil Engineering degree qualifications

Clear history of career development in civil construction contracting

Significant, local, civil construction delivery experience on a variety of development, and infrastructure projects.

Experienced in the delivery of civil works including:

Bulk and Detailed earthworks,

Cut and fill,

Drainage and associated pipe and concrete structures

Utilities, and associated civil infrastructure.

Highly regarded experience includes:

Subdivision works,

Roads,

Well organised and structured

Confident, able to take ownership

Excellent communication skills

Natural leadership, able to manage and motivate site teams
