construction project manager

We are seeking an Project Manager to lead and deliver a one‑off project for a private company. The role involves overseeing planning, cost monitoring and payment. My lawyer will prepare construction documentation and other contracts; your role is to assist in design management coordinate any updates to documentation for execution of build contract and also coordinate execution of contract between client and head contractor. Laise with the builder. Full project details will be provided during the initial meeting

Check builder breakdown and advise, review onsite works and manage the resolution of any quality issues as part of the base build handover coordinate and resolve any design issue during construction timelines, and reporting to ensure successful project completion.

We are not looking at any pretender / tender phase
