Our work is grounded in strong engineering capability, practical delivery experience, and commercially accountable outcomes — with energy savings we stand behind.  We partner with leading organisations across FMCG, manufacturing, and energy-intensive sectors to design and implement programs that deliver measurable operational and financial results.  About the Projects Team Our Projects Team is central to our point of difference — we don’t just develop strategies; we deliver them. The team is responsible for executing complex, multi-disciplinary projects on live industrial sites, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and without disruption to client operations, while achieving committed energy and commercial outcomes.  About the Role The Project Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of major projects, taking ownership of financial performance, client outcomes, and on-site execution.   This is a hands-on leadership role requiring the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive subcontractor performance, and coordinate internal teams to deliver high-quality installations in complex, operational environments. The role plays a critical part in ensuring projects achieve targeted energy savings, programme timelines, and commercial targets.  Responsibilities Take full accountability for project delivery, including financial performance, programme, and risk management Lead project planning, execution, and close-out across multiple workstreams Manage and drive subcontractor performance, commercial outcomes, and contract compliance Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and monthly progress claims Ensure implementation of Climatech Zero EHSQ and QA processes across all project activities Act as the primary interface with clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectations Coordinate closely with client operations to minimise disruption to production Lead stakeholder engagement across internal teams, consultants, and site personnel Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities proactively Mentor and develop project and site-based teams Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and lessons learned  Qualifications Trade or degree qualified in a relevant discipline 5+ years’ experience in project delivery within industrial, mechanical, or energy-related projects Demonstrated experience managing large-scale or complex projects from start to finish Strong commercial acumen and contract management experience Proven ability to work in live industrial environments with operational constraints  What Climatech Zero has to Offer Climatech Zero offers a collaborative, high-performing environment where commercial rigour and engineering excellence combine to deliver meaningful outcomes. High-autonomy role with real ownership of project outcomes Exposure to complex, high-impact decarbonisation projects Collaborative, delivery-focused team environment Opportunity to contribute to projects with measurable commercial and environmental impact
