Project Manager

You have a proven record of delivering construction projects to programmes, within budget, happy clients, and getting the respect of trades on site.

You'll inherit live projects currently sitting with senior leadership and be responsible for their successful delivery to programme, budget, margin and client expectations.

You'll run multiple projects end to end inside Procore so every claim, variation, defect and record is captured and auditable. You’ll be responsible for programme, cost, quality, safety, client relationships and subcontractor performance while protecting the locked tender margin. 

You’ll have a target of $10m in completed project value annually across 2-3 projects.

You understand that successful projects require effective planning, commercial control, disciplined systems and leadership.

You'll lead Site Managers, Contract Administrators and subcontractors while ultimately being responsible for programme, budget, margin and client satisfaction.

You'll play a key role in improving project visibility, accountability and control by ensuring Procore is consistently used across your projects.
