This role offers the chance to lead projects from concept through to completion while working closely with senior leadership in a business where your contribution will be recognised and valued. The Role As Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the high standards the business is known for. Key responsibilities include:Managing fitout and new build projects from pre-construction through to completionLeading client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships throughout project deliveryManaging project budgets, programmes, procurement, and reporting requirementsCoordinating internal project teams and subcontractors to ensure successful deliveryMonitoring project risk, quality, compliance, and safety outcomesDriving project performance while maintaining exceptional client service standardsSupporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to business growth The Like Mind To be successful, you will bring previous Project Management experience within commercial construction, ideally delivering fit-out, refurbishment, hospitality, retail, or new build projects. You will also possess:A qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related disciplineStrong commercial and contractual understandingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to manage multiple project priorities simultaneouslyA proactive and solutions-focused approach to project deliveryA genuine passion for quality construction and client outcomesMost importantly, you are someone who enjoys taking ownership, building strong relationships, and delivering projects to a high standard.
