Experienced Architect – Residential & Commercial Projects

D'Andrea Architects is seeking an experienced and motivated Architect to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of residential and commercial projects throughout South Australia, from concept design through to project delivery.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong capabilities in design development, documentation, and project coordination, with the ability to deliver high‑quality outcomes across all project stages. A thorough understanding of the National Construction Code, relevant Australian Standards, and local planning requirements is essential. Experience liaising with local councils, particularly in relation to residential developments, is highly desirable.

Proficiency in Revit is a fundamental requirement of this position. Candidates must possess advanced skills in both 3D modelling and technical documentation, with the ability to produce accurate, coordinated, and well‑resolved documentation packages.

Key Requirements
  • Degree‑qualified Architect gained within Australia with relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience delivering residential and commercial projects.
  • Strong technical documentation and detailing skills.
  • Sound knowledge of the National Construction Code, Australian Standards, and local planning regulations.
  • Experience managing council approvals and development application processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit for both modelling and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project coordination skills.
  • Renumeration package can be negotiated.
