Rescom Builders is a specialist construction company delivering structural, waterproofing, façade, and building defect rectification works across residential and mixed-use projects. We are seeking an experienced Remedial Building Project Manager with a strong technical background in diagnosing building defects and managing rectification works from inspection through to completion.

About the Role
    •    Inspect buildings and diagnose defects (water ingress, concrete spalling, façade failure, movement cracking, balcony issues, waterproofing failures, etc.)
    •    Develop scopes of works and remedial methodologies
    •    Manage remedial and defect rectification projects end-to-end
    •    Coordinate specialist subcontractors (waterproofers, façade, concrete repairers, carpenters, painters, roofers)
    •    Liaise with engineers, consultants, strata managers, insurers, and owners
    •    Ensure works comply with NCC, Australian Standards, and engineers’ specifications
    •    Site supervision, quality control, and safety compliance
    •    Track costs, variations, photos, and reporting

About You
    •    5+ years’ experience in remedial / defect rectification building
    •    Strong understanding of waterproofing systems, concrete remediation, and structural repairs
    •    Ability to interpret engineering reports and remedial scopes
    •    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    •    NSW Driver’s Licence & White Card
    •    Building qualification preferred
