Project Leader (Revit)

Our client is a multi-award-winning architecture, interior design, urban design, planning and landscape design practice with a strong reputation for delivering projects across the multi-residential, commercial/workplace, education, health, public, retail, sports/recreation, and infrastructure sectors. Known for their design excellence, technical rigour, and collaborative studio culture, they consistently produce projects that are both architecturally refined and commercially successful.

With an expanding pipeline of projects, they are now seeking a Project Leader who is ready to step into a key role delivering important complex civic projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced architect who has successfully led projects and delivery of packages and who is looking to take the next step in running projects through delivery within a highly reputable studio.

Based in the Sydney CBD, the practice offers employees the opportunity to work on a diverse mix of exciting local, national and international projects within the public and private sector.

In the role as Project Leader you will be:

Taking ownership of the project and delivering project packages while supporting the transition into leading larger projects through delivery phases. You will play a key role in coordinating teams, maintaining design integrity, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across all stages.

In the role as Project Leader your key responsibilities will be:

• Leading and managing project packages from documentation through to delivery

• Supporting or stepping into the delivery of larger-scale projects

• Producing and overseeing detailed documentation in Revit

• Coordinating consultants and managing project interfaces

• Contributing to design development while ensuring technical resolution

• Managing timelines, deliverables, and quality control across project stages

• Working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes

• Resolving complex technical challenges throughout documentation and construction

In the role as Project Leader, we require you to have the following skills and experience:

• Master’s degree in Architecture

• 7–10+ years’ professional experience

• Proven experience leading project packages and contributing to delivery phases

• Strong proficiency in Revit with demonstrated project-based experience

• Solid understanding of BCA, Australian Standards, and local planning controls

• Strong technical, coordination, and documentation capabilities

• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with consultants and stakeholders

• Ambition to step into a Project Leader role on larger, more complex projects

• Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship)

• Currently based in Sydney with Australian project experience
