Electrical Project Manager

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Electrical / Communications Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion.

This is a key leadership role responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of electrical and communications projects

• Plan, coordinate and supervise project activities to meet timelines and budgets

• Lead and mentor site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company procedures

• Prepare and manage project schedules, cost tracking, and reporting

• Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and progress reviews

• Oversee procurement and contract administration

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical / communications /Civil projects

• Strong background in commercial and industrial environments

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Solid understanding of project financials, budgeting, and forecasting

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety

• Electrical Trade Qualification (or relevant tertiary qualification)

• Experience with Microsoft project

• Experience with structured cabling, data, or communications systems

• Strong knowledge of Australian standards and regulations

• Proficiency in project management software
