Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Electrical / Communications Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion.
About the RoleThis is a key leadership role responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of electrical and communications projects
Plan, coordinate and supervise project activities to meet timelines and budgets
Lead and mentor site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company procedures
Prepare and manage project schedules, cost tracking, and reporting
Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and progress reviews
Oversee procurement and contract administration
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical / communications /Civil projects
Strong background in commercial and industrial environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of project financials, budgeting, and forecasting
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Electrical Trade Qualification (or relevant tertiary qualification)
Experience with Microsoft project
Experience with structured cabling, data, or communications systems
Strong knowledge of Australian standards and regulations
Proficiency in project management software
