Project Manager - Case Management Solution

A Brisbane-based organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 12‑month contract (hybrid working) to lead the delivery of a specialist case management solution. This role will oversee end‑to‑end implementation, ensuring the platform meets strict compliance, and operational requirements while aligning with broader enterprise systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead project delivery from initiation through to implementation and transition to operations
• Establish project plans, timelines, and delivery approach for a complex system rollout
• Oversee development and delivery of a specialist case management solution
• Ensure the platform supports secure, compliant handling of sensitive information
• Engage with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to define requirements and outcomes
• Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and key decision-making sessions
• Manage third-party vendors and delivery partners where required
• Coordinate integration with existing enterprise systems and ensure data consistency
• Implement governance, risk, and reporting practices to maintain delivery oversight
• Support change management, training, and adoption activities

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience delivering system implementation or transformation projects (CRMs, Case Management, WFMs, ERPs)
• Experience managing delivery of standalone or specialised platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills across business and technology teams
• Demonstrated capability in project governance, risk, and compliance management
• Experience working within regulated or highly structured environments
• Ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, and multiple workstreams
• Experience with case management or workflow-based systems (Filevine, ECINS)
• Exposure to legal, regulatory, or compliance-focused environments
• Experience delivering integrated solutions across multiple enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with data security or confidentiality considerations
