With a team of around 70 staff, they specialise in multi-residential, commercial, education and industrial projects, working with leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders

The Role

This is a hands-on Project Manager role managing multiple concurrent projects across Sydney.

You will be responsible for full project delivery, working closely with site teams, subcontractors and key clients.

Key Responsibilities

Managing end-to-end project delivery from procurement to completion

• Overseeing:
  • Multi-residential developments
  • Commercial construction and fit-outs
  • Education and industrial projects

 

• Coordinating:
  • Site supervisors, leading hands and subcontractors

 

• Managing:
  • Budgets, cost control and forecasting
  • Procurement and materials
  • Variations and commercial outcomes

 

• Maintaining strong relationships with builders and clients
• Ensuring compliance with electrical and safety standards
• Supporting service and maintenance workflows where required

About you

• Experience delivering $5M - $15M Projects
• Electrical trade background (preferred) or Engineering background
• Minimum 5+ years Project Management experience

OR

• A high-performing Electrical Supervisor / Site Manager ready to step up

• Proven experience delivering full scope electrical services, commercial / fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of project delivery, budgets & cost control
• Experience working with Tier 1 OR Tier 2 builders
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Electrical Project Manager from a Tier 2 contractor
• 6–10 years relative industry experience
• Delivered multiple $5M–$15M commercial and multi-residential projects
• Strong experience across ground-up construction and fit-out
• Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently
• Hands-on, client-facing, delivery focused
• Based within 30km of Botany
