Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer - Luxury High-End Residential

We are currently partnering with a well-established and highly regarded private developer-builder delivering premium large-scale residential projects across Brisbane.

With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and several landmark developments moving into delivery phase, we are seeking expressions of interest from both Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers interested in long-term opportunities within a stable and growing business.

These opportunities sit within high-performing project teams delivering architecturally designed multi-residential developments in inner-city Brisbane locations.

This is a high-profile Brisbane project with a high-level of architectural design and specification.

It's a multi-faceted role and will incorporate the following.

• Design coordination and documentation management
• Procurement and subcontractor coordination
• On-site delivery across structural, façade, and services packages
• Programming support, sequencing, and progress tracking
• QA inspections and compliance
• Cost tracking, variations, and project reporting
• Working closely with Project Managers and Site teams

• Degree-qualified in Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience with a Head Contractor or Builder Developer
• Background delivering building projects within the $50M-$300M range
• Exposure to one or more sectors: Residential, Commercial, Health, Education, Mixed-Use
• Residential or mixed-use project experience highly regarded
• Sound understanding of medium to high-rise buldings
• Comfortable working with project systems such as Aconex
• Strong communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively within fast-paced site teams
