As part of this growth, we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager – Industrial Refrigeration to join our high-performing team. The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join our Industrial Refrigeration team, delivering design‑and‑construct projects across the mining, food & beverage, and chemical sectors. You’ll be involved in developing practical, high‑performance refrigeration and process‑cooling solutions with a strong focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and long‑term industrial reliability. You will develop designs and project deliverables, coordinate production and installation, lead commissioning, and ensure all documentation meets customer specifications and QA requirements. You will also work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, technically robust outcomes. You’ll play a key role in supporting our customers’ net zero ambitions by implementing highly efficient heating, cooling, and energy‑transfer systems for some of the world’s leading organizations. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and prepare project deliverables across industrial sustainability, refrigeration, and heavy-industry applicationsLead the delivery of energy‑efficient systems supporting customer decarbonization goalsDeliver projects on time and within budgetAllocate resources effectively to meet project milestonesMonitor financial performance and update forecasts regularlyProvide project updates to senior managementEnsure compliance with OHS&E and QA standardsMaintain strong relationships with customers and contractorsIdentify improvements and drive continuous improvement initiativesDemonstrate professionalism, accuracy, and disciplined work practices under time pressureActively participate in safety initiatives and address hazards promptly About You To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring: Strong technical knowledge and hands-on project management experienceBackground in HVAC, Building Services, Oil&Gas, Refrigeration, Mechanical, Electrical, or Control systems, ideally within industrial settingsExperience supervising installation, commissioning, and maintenance activitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service mindsetAbility to diagnose technical issues and travel to remote sites as neededCommitment to safety leadership Learn More For additional information about our work and projects, visit: www.gordonbrothers.com.au How To Apply Click APPLY to submit your application in confidence.
