As the Fleet Recruitment Officer, you will report directly to the Fleet Relations Manager. You’ll recruit quality sub‑contractors, ensure their vehicles and equipment meet our standards, and deliver safety‑focused induction training. You’ll also keep our fleet running smoothly by maintaining accurate admin across incentives, assets, TMS data, attendance and incidents—all in a fast‑paced, people‑focused role.

What you’ll be doing:
Support fleet planning and recruit drivers based on business needs.
Advertise, screen and conduct group/individual interviews.
Ensure all onboarding requirements are clearly communicated.
Conduct regular vehicle and equipment audits
Manage incentive agreements and ensure accurate earnings.
Make proactive engagement calls daily.
Resolve payment queries promptly and record all communication.
Conduct exit interviews and highlight improvement opportunities.
Provide admin support to the Fleet Management team.
Attend meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
