About Our Client We are proud to be partnering with one of Sydney's most respected integrated architecture and construction practices — a boutique firm delivering considered, high-end residential projects across the Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, and Northern Beaches.
What sets this business apart is their end-to-end model — design intelligence and building expertise under one roof, giving clients a seamless journey from concept through to completion. They are deliberate in everything they do, guided by a commitment to quality, endurance, and continuous improvement. They value substance over spectacle — and they look for people who share that mindset.
The Opportunity
This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of the delivery of high-end residential construction projects. You'll sit at the intersection of client relationships, site operations, financial management, and programme delivery — working closely with the architecture and interiors team, site managers, and the broader leadership group.
Critically, this business is actively embracing technology and AI tools in their day-to-day operations. They need a Project Manager who is not only comfortable with this but genuinely enthusiastic about working smarter.
Day to day you'll be:
- Managing projects end-to-end from pre-construction through to handover
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining transparent and proactive communication throughout
- Developing and managing project scopes, programmes, and procurement schedules
- Managing project budgets, cost reporting, progress claims, and subcontractor procurement
- Coordinating with the design team to ensure seamless transition from design to construction
- Using BuildPass, Asana, and AI tools to drive efficiency and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Mentoring and supporting site supervisors and junior team members
- Upholding the practice's values and standards across every project
About You - Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Project Manager in residential construction
- Demonstrated experience managing high-end residential projects valued at $1M+
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans, and specifications

- Comfortable and proficient with SaaS project management tools such as BuildPass and Asana
- Genuine interest in and practical experience using AI tools in a professional context
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current driver's licence and White Card
Desirable: - Degree in Construction Management, Building, or related discipline
- Trade background — carpentry or joinery highly regarded
- Experience within an integrated design-and-build practice
What's On Offer - Competitive salary package commensurate with experience
- Work within a genuine integrated design-and-build environment — not a production line
- Access to modern SaaS and AI tools that reduce admin and improve effectiveness
- A small, senior team where your contribution is visible and valued
- Flexible working arrangements where practical
- Professional development and career progression opportunities
- Free parking while in the office
