Project Administration

About the role

Cubed Building & Construction is seeking a motivated and organised Project Administration professional to join our small dynamic team in our North Lakes, QLD office. This is a casual role that will provide administrative support to our construction projects, ensuring efficient operations and effective project delivery. This role is Monday to Friday, and suitable for school hours.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and maintain project documentation, including drawings and correspondence

• Assist with the preparation and submission of project reports, site safety paperwork, and other documentation

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to provide timely updates and resolve any issues

• Contribute to the development and implementation of project management processes and procedures

• Provide administrative support to the project management team as required

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and databases

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar project administration or coordination role, preferably within the construction industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

• Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Outlook

• Familiarity with construction-specific software and project management tools would be an advantage

• A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
