We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Sales Agent to join our Sydney sales team.

The Opportunity

Most project sales roles rely on inconsistent, poorly positioned stock; leads are self-generated or low-quality. At Landmark Group, we’ve built a $5B pipeline and lead generation system designed to eliminate both.

As we scale, we’re bringing in an experienced closer to convert consistent inbound demand.  You’ll be supported by, 

• A structured, high-conversion sales environment
• Access to high-quality, well-positioned stock
• Multiple active projects across Sydney

The Role

You will be handling qualified inbound leads, running display suite appointments, and managing buyers through to exchange. You will work across active projects including Lindfield, Macquarie Park and Hurstville. 

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in project marketing / off-the-plan sales
• Strong contract negotiation capability
• High level of database management and follow-up discipline
• Proven track record converting appointments into exchanges
• Direct and confident communication style
• High standards for performance and a genuine desire to keep growing professionally
