We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in Sydney with a proven track record in the electronic security or related industries within the data centre sector or other large-scale environment. This role is suited to someone with a positive attitude, strong technical capability, sound commercial awareness and the confidence to take ownership and deliver results. You enjoy solving challenges, thrive in a dynamic environment and are recognised for building trusted relationships and delivering outcomes. Relevant industry experience, commercial awareness, technical knowledge and professional credentials are essential.

Key Attributes & Requirements 

Project Delivery & Execution 

• Proven Project Management experience within electronic security, data centres or a similar technical environment. 

• Highly capable, organised and able to manage multiple priorities with confidence. 

• Strong work ethic with a reputation for consistently delivering outcomes. 
   

Commercial & Project Performance 

• Commercially astute with sound understanding of budgets, margins and project performance. 

• Professional credentials and industry certifications (Lenel, PMI or equivalent highly regarded). 

Technical Capability & Industry Knowledge 

• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV and integrated security systems would be advantageous. 
   

Customer & Stakeholder Management 

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted customer relationships. 
   

People Leadership & Team Collaboration 

• A team player who enjoys responsibility, embraces accountability and contributes positively to achieving shared outcomes.
