Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Project Design Coordinator / Server Support Engineer. The role involves coordinating project timelines and deliverables for language and culture programs, maintaining clear communication with instructors, leadership, and external partners, and tracking progress against goals. The Project Design Coordinator aspect includes supporting the design and layout of learning materials, digital content, and virtual learning spaces, while collaborating with any design or content teams. The Server Support Engineer responsibilities include assisting with the setup, monitoring, and maintenance of online platforms used for classes, ensuring stable access to learning resources, and troubleshooting basic technical issues reported by learners or instructors. The role also includes documenting processes, updating project and system records, and proactively suggesting improvements to enhance the learner experience.QualificationsStrong project-focused skills, including Project Coordination and Project Management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with distributed teams, partners, and learners.Foundational understanding or interest in Interior Design and Architecture as they relate to designing engaging digital or physical learning environments.Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn server, platform, or LMS support tasks (e.g., user access, simple troubleshooting, and escalation).Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (such as spreadsheets, project tracking tools, and online meeting platforms).Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying aligned with team goals and timelines.Relevant diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management, IT, Design, Education) is preferred but not mandatory; equivalent experience is also valued.Interest in Korean language and culture, or willingness to build familiarity over time, is a plus.
