About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Project Manager to support the delivery of residential development projects from planning through to completion. The role focuses on small to medium-scale developments, including Class 1 (houses/townhouses) and Class 2 (multi-residential/apartment) projects.

This position is ideal for a professional looking for flexible working arrangements while remaining actively involved in end-to-end development management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage development projects across feasibility, design, approvals, construction, and delivery stages

  • Coordinate consultants, including architects, planners, engineers, and contractors

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and compliance requirements

  • Assist with development feasibility and project reporting

  • Liaise with authorities, certifiers, and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance

  • Support procurement, tendering, and contract administration processes

  • Track construction progress and facilitate issue resolution

  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders

About You

  • Proven experience in property development or construction project management

  • Experience delivering Class 1 and/or Class 2 residential projects

  • Strong understanding of NSW planning, approval, and construction processes

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and consultants effectively

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Commercial awareness with strong attention to detail

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a flexible, part-time environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Property, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

  • Knowledge of the NSW planning framework and development lifecycle

  • Experience working with developers or client-side project management

  • Familiarity with feasibility analysis and project budgeting
