Project Coordinator Sales Analyst - Global Manufacturer HVAC, Up to $110k PKG

POSITION

• Prohect Coordinator / Sales Analyst - Global OEM / HVAC Manufacturer

THE OPPORTUNITY

• This is a highly visible role that will see you engage with the commercial sales division, contractors and the like to ensure the following responsibilities are achieved.

• Update pipeline management on a regular basis

• Ensuring stock ordering is accurate and reflects processed orders

• Update line management of any stock or delivery issues

• Analysis of sales data and market trends

• Work with site managers to manage schedules

• Track monthly sales volume and prepare weekly reports on channel activity

• Monitor deliveries and logistics

• Fulfil administrative tasks such as process returns , deliveries and stock allocation

MUST HAVE

• Exposure to a manufacturing and/or HVAC product environment

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• Proven experience within a similar role

• Strong analytical skills

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is advantageous)
