We’re looking for an organised and proactive Fleet Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Pemulwuy. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys coordinating multiple tasks, working with fleet vendors, and providing excellent internal support.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate the day-to-day management of the company vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles remain safe, compliant, and operational.
  • Liaise with fleet providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to manage servicing, registrations, repairs, fuel cards, tolls, and roadside assistance.
  • Manage vehicle acquisitions and disposals, including obtaining quotes, coordinating approvals, and arranging vehicle sales.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all fleet-related enquiries, insurance claims, accidents, and infringement notices.
  • Review, process, and approve fleet-related invoices while maintaining accurate fleet records and administration.
  • Support workplace health and safety initiatives, compliance activities, audits, and reporting requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a fleet, administration, operations, or coordination role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Confidence learning new systems and processes
