We are seeking an experienced Courier Fleet Controller / Allocator to join our Brisbane team. This role is central to our same‑day operations, requiring someone who understands the pace, complexity, and decision‑making involved in managing a courier fleet. Key Responsibilities

• Courier fleet allocation — Dispatch and coordinate same‑day courier jobs with a strong focus on efficiency and service quality.

• Route optimisation — Make fast, informed decisions to maximise fleet productivity and minimise delays.

• Driver communication — Provide clear, timely instructions and support to drivers throughout the day.

• Client communication — Maintain professional, solution‑focused communication with customers.

• Transport management systems — Use modern TMS platforms to manage job flow, monitor fleet activity, and maintain operational accuracy.

• Assist with depot operations as required.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Courier fleet allocation experience — Previous experience allocating or dispatching courier fleets is highly regarded and strongly preferred.

• Minimum one year of experience in the transport or courier industry (same‑day courier experience is a major advantage).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and natural problem‑solving ability.

• Valid Australian driver’s licence and full working rights.

• A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
