Depot Supervisor - AM Shift (Fleet Controller)

The Role:

We are seeking a Depot/Operations Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on Leadership Role, responsible for supervising the day-to-day warehouse and freight handling operations, ensuring safe, efficient and on-time dispatch of freight while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities include:

• AM Fleet Control, 10+ vehicles

• Supervise daily depot and transport fleet operations including scheduling, routing, dispatch, and freight movement

• Ensure safe operations and compliance with transport regulations, OHS requirements, and Chain of Responsibility (CoR)

• Lead, roster, train, coach, and develop drivers, and depot staff

• Maintain Bulk and PUD fleet task allocation to meet or exceed DIFOT targets while managing costs

• Supervise Loading and unloading trucks in the warehouse/depot
