RRC Australia is currently recruiting on behalf of a long-established HVAC industry leader based in Sydney's Sutherland Shire.

With more than 45 years of success servicing Sydney's most prestigious residential homes and commercial developments, our client has built an outstanding reputation for quality workmanship, technical excellence, and customer service. Due to continued growth, they are seeking skilled HVAC professionals to join their highly successful projects division.

We are currently recruiting for:

Junior HVAC Technician

$45 - $53 per hour
7:30am – 4:00pm | Monday to Friday

Suitable for 3rd and 4th year apprentices or qualified technicians looking to build their experience on large-scale, high-end projects.

Daikin experience preferred but not essential.

Senior HVAC Technician

$53 - $63 per hour
7:30am – 4:00pm | Monday to Friday

An excellent opportunity for experienced HVAC installers and technicians looking to work on some of Sydney's most prestigious residential and commercial developments.

Daikin experience preferred but not essential.

Hands-On HVAC Project Manager

$55 - $60 per hour
7:00am – 3:00pm | Monday to Friday

This is a unique opportunity for a highly experienced HVAC tradesperson who enjoys leading from the front.

Working within our client's highly successful projects division, you will remain hands-on while taking ownership of premium HVAC installations across some of Sydney's most prestigious homes and commercial buildings. The role will involve installing and overseeing Daikin VRV systems, coordinating project delivery on-site, mentoring technicians, and working closely with clients and builders to ensure exceptional project outcomes.

You will be supported and mentored by an industry-leading Operations Manager, providing a genuine pathway into senior project and operational leadership.

This position would suit a Senior Technician, Leading Hand or Site Supervisor ready to take the next step in their career while remaining actively involved in the technical delivery of projects.

Daikin VRV installation experience will be highly regarded.

Essential Requirements

• HVAC trade qualification (or 3rd/4th year apprentice for Junior role)

• Current driver's licence

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Professional presentation and strong work ethic

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening

• Willingness to travel to sites across Sydney
